Through the penis:

These types of chastity devices can work well if you already have a piercing on your genitals or you don’t have any issues having one. In these, the penis is covered with a shaft which is held in place with the help of a bar passing through the piercing, and then it is locked. These type of chastity devices are only recommended for those who have experienced chastity before, or who have piercings on their penis.
